How to donate artifact

Receipt of the wills for donation

Receipt of the wills for donation. (by calling or direct visit)

Investigates the relevant data. (including status and values)
Acceptance of Artifacts and Letters of Donation

The museum accepts artifacts and letters of donation and issues a letter of (provisional) acceptance in accordance with the determination by the Donation Deliberation Council or internal decision
Storage

The museum approves the acceptance of artifacts and issues a letter of acceptance for the donated artifacts
Attribution to the local authority

Registration of artifacts

If there is any possibility of dispute related to the process of donation or ownership.
If it is not valuable as a cultural heritage due to severe damage.
If the donor requests stipulations that the museum cannot accept.

Store by registering as artifacts in accordance with the Regulations on the Management of Remains.
Display with priority in the case of any special exhibitions related to the donated materials.
Publish a source book and promote ‘special exhibitions with donated materials’ in consideration of the quantity and value of donated materials.
Promote registration as ‘Important Materials’ if donated materials have a very high value as a cultural heritage.
