Thank you for visiting our website.
After the Covid-19 pandemic, the world will go through many changes. The winds of change will be strong in the fields of culture, tourism, and leisure as well. The JeollaNamdo Agriculture Museum stands at the center of the change and is aiming to open a new era.
The JeollaNamdo Agriculture Museum is a hidden gem among Korea's cultural tourist attractions. The Museum, established in 1993, is a live education center to feel and realize the essence and importance of agriculture through exhibitions and hands-on activities of agricultural relics.
It also preserves the disappearing traditional culture of Korea and provides opportunities for tourists to enjoy Korea’s past entertainment culture.
In the Agriculture Theme Park, you can meet pet livestock such as sheep, goats, and rabbits, and enjoy paintings of super-large rice fields using colored rice. When the rice you planted by yourself bears fruit, you can harvest it by yourself, and in the fall, you can dig sweet potatoes and have roasted sweet potatoes.
I also recommend you take a walk along the ‘Masilgil’ and have time for meditation and relaxation.
The JeollaNamdo Agriculture Museum is the largest museum in Korea with a total area of approximately 3.3km2. Our museum is the best culture, tourism, and leisure facility where you can learn, experience, relax, and find peace in one venue.
Especially, the Museum serves as a study room and experience center perfect for families traveling with children and teenagers.
All of our staff are awaiting visitors to gift satisfactory experience to all of them.
‘We invite you to the JeollaNamdo Agriculture Museum, the best place to learn the history and old culture of agriculture, design the future, and recharge your life through peaceful rest and relaxation.’
Director of the JeollaNamdo Agriculture Museum Lim Yeongho
